QA Document Coordinator

Position Summary: 

In the position of Coord, QA Document, you will be responsible for maintaining quality programs that ensure Monster Energy is compliant with all federal, state, and local requirements.

Essential Job Functions:

• Facilitate and assist department members in reviewing and collecting documentation necessary to ensure compliance of all ingredients used by Monster.
• Support the ingredient approval program by compiling and organizing specifications, analytical results, regulatory compliance documentation, and miscellaneous technical literature associated with commodity and proprietary ingredients.
• Assist in the management of ingredient specification sheets, including organization, periodic review, and updates utilizing various regulatory standards globally.
• Collect, organize, and send samples out to third party laboratories for analysis.
• Facilitate effective verbal/written communication and collaboration with external vendors, manufacturing facilities, and cross‐functional departments beyond quality assurance.
• Collect and organize documentation associated with copacker communication and compliance, and ingredients.

Position Requirement:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐‐ Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field of study
• Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in recordkeeping
• Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in food and/or beverage Industry is desired
• Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Preferred Certifications: N/A
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Knowledgeable in Click Up

Base Pay Range:  $18.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
