As the Manager of Insurance Operations, you're at the helm of our insurance operations team, reporting directly to the President. Your mission is to lead the charge in new and existing business efforts, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service through every step of their journey with us. From application to underwriting, closing to ongoing service, your team is the backbone that supports our clients and agents, embodying our commitment to trust, reliability, and expert guidance.

Your Impact:

Leadership and Team Management: Lead a dynamic team covering Sales Administrative Assistants, New Business and Processing, and Inforce Services. You're the captain, steering the ship with a focus on extreme ownership, human capital management, and inspiring excellence.

Process Optimization: Continuously seek ways to streamline operations, enhancing our efficiency and profitability without compromising on quality.

Industry Insights: Keep a finger on the pulse of the insurance industry, ensuring Paradigm Life stays ahead of the curve and compliant in all dealings.

Client Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring every client interaction is aligned with Paradigm Life's values and mission.

Requirements

Required

• Prior management experience – minimum 5 years
• Insurance industry experience
• Effective leadership skills in building and growing a team
• Personal drive to continue to learn and develop as a team member, manager and leader
• Knowledge and experience in customer centric systems and processes
• Working knowledge of the life insurance industry – Agent / Sales Support, Processing, Underwriting, Client Servicing, new business process and sales life cycle
• Proficiency with budgets, KPIs and using analytics tools to determine effectiveness and profitability of your department
• Strong Organizational abilities
