Qualifications

Contracts and Account Management

  • Qualify accounts through a contract/account assessment process, including onboarding and offboarding accounts into various programs, such as GPO contracts, Government accounts, client contracts, and client price lists.
  • Collaborate with Sales and SMEs on steps required to improve the qualification status of accounts preparing for promotion to the next contract tier.
  • Identify obstacles and make recommendations for advancing accounts into Strategic Account programs/contract tiers.
  • Report current account assessment status and identify tasks required to progress or demote accounts to strategic account qualification tiers.
  • Lead in the identification of unhealthy accounts and present analysis to the client marketing team with actionable steps to target and market to these clients.
  • Month-end reporting and processing of various rebates.

Pricing

  • Manage client pricing, contract pricing, and custom price lists.
  • Review pricing and make recommendations for adjustments to stock and custom pricing.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, create reports, and make recommendations for price points, market pricing, and web price points.
  • Lead the annual price review process which includes analysis of cost changes, GPO contracts, client contracts, list prices, web prices, and other annual price change activities.
  • Prepare client price lists with updated pricing, manage timelines, and ensure price changes are sent on time.

Data

  • Lead the gathering and organizing of history/data required for strategic sales reviews on the business and client sales.
  • Utilize data to perform complex sales analyses as they relate to business unit goals.
  • Independently analyze sales trends and make proactive recommendations on business unit goals.
  • Analyze and organize data and insights from Business Objects, WCSS, Access, Excel, Google Docs, and/or Salesforce into the Strategic Account Plan and TAM assessments.
  • Lead TAM model analysis and utilize it to identify current account sales growth upside.
  • Leads monthly client sales trend analysis including top-performing and/or underperforming clients, identifies gaps and root causes, and makes recommendations.
  • Leads in the development of documentation and track KPIs that can directly tie to success, progress, and results of the project plans.Ā 
  • Maintain KPI dashboards.
  • KPIs are reported to the Sales Director to track results and make independent recommendations on adjustments to ensure the achievement of objectives.

Skills and Certifications

  • Industry knowledge preferred
  • Experience working with large amounts of data, financials, and processing reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to state messages clearly by using language that is easy for others to understand with clients and upper management.
  • Able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at the level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity.
  • Ability to work independently and make proactive recommendations from data.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting/processing, Google Forms, and/or Google Sheets
  • Proficient in Salesforce and sales trend reporting and analysis.
  • Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools in completing assignments.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and achieving objectives through data management tied to business unit goals.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent management, organizational skills, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to evaluate and prioritize requests based on importance and expected return.
  • In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in decision-making.

The national pay range for this role is $77,900.00 to $95,000.00 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired
