Job Overview:

The Sr. Analyst, Change Initiatives Quality Assurance is accountable for performing Quality Assurance reviews of change initiatives across the Combined US Operations (CUSO) to assess adherence to change management policies, standards and processes.  The Sr. Analyst will support the group’s QA activities in alignment with the governance and advisory program.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and assess the impact of change initiatives, obtain relevant change management artifacts, and share findings from quality assurance assessments.

  • Review and assess change management artifacts against change management standards for completeness and consistency.

  • Perform in-depth analysis of change initiatives, identify and interpret results of QA review against quality assurance criteria. 

  • Provide insight to the level of adherence to change management standards, document observations of quality assurance reviews, produce QA scorecards, and determine actions necessary to address any issues or concerns.

  • Communicate overall QA assessment results to stakeholders and management, document and track results and recommendations to determine follow up items as appropriate.

  • Perform ongoing monitoring activities to track resolution of findings and pending QA issues, track closure of action plans, provide escalation to management as needed.

  • Maintain a record of all QA activities and results for US Change Advisory & Governance.

  • Participate in quality assurance continuous improvement initiatives and/or training to increase education and awareness of quality assurance policies and standards.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Risk Assessment, Change Execution, Internal Audit)

  • Maintain understanding of frameworks, policies, procedures impacting US Change Advisory & Governance objectives.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in financial services and/or quality assurance, audit or testing experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience in change management, project and program management

  • Experience in risk management

  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong sense of accountability and urgency

  • Detail oriented with the ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively to varying audiences
