We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter with bilingual German & English language skills to join our Talent Acquisition CoE. With hybrid working from our Cologne office (Currently 2 days a week in office), you will focus on delivering talent across our European claims business with particular focus on Germany operations for Actineo (Medical claims) and Krug (Motor Claims) business units. You will also have the opportunity to support recruitment across the wider EMEA region for Verisk , as well as be part of the global Talent Acquisition CoE and HR group.

You will partner with key stakeholders (BU & GHR) providing a full 360 recruitment service, delivering on real time needs as well as pipeline requirements. You will be comfortable identifying and engaging technical, operational and corporate function talent across both active and passive talent pools, effectively communicating  the Verisk EVP to build high quality candidate slates.

You will utilise the latest ATS & CRM technology to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process.  You will be a diversity champion and ensure inclusion is a core value of the talent agenda, continuing to build on the broad demographic across Verisk.

Qualifications

You are an experienced in-house Recruiter (5-8 years experience) who has demonstrable experience leading the cradle to grave recruitment cycle for experienced permanent talent providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will be comfortable operating domestically & internationally and be adapt at working as part of a virtual team, providing seamless stakeholder engagement. You will have gained experience in agency and/or in-house TA team and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken at business level) essential.
• Experience recruiting in Germany is essential
• You are passionate about what you do, and the consistent high quality of your work makes you stand out amongst your peers. 
• You have strong attention to detail and strive to optimise processes to create efficiencies. 
• You are energised by asking questions and thinking creatively to develop innovative talent solutions. 
• Your influencing and flexible engagement style make you a vital part of the growth & success of the company. 
• Ideally you will have experience & knowledge in one or more of the following sectors: MedTech, InsureTech, Insurance, Technology & Data, Financial Services or Consultancy.
