Test Manager - Data

JD – TDM consultant. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development and implementation of test data creation processes using various test data provisioning methods, such as data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation, leveraging tools like Delphix. 2. Work closely with testing and development teams to understand test data requirements and ensure they are met. 3. Develop and maintain test data management strategies, policies, and procedures. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand test data requirements for various projects and initiatives. 5. Design and implement processes for acquiring, generating, and provisioning test data sets. 6. Define and enforce data privacy and security standards for test data. 7. Establish and maintain relationships with data providers and vendors. 8. Lead efforts to automate test data provisioning and management processes. 9. Monitor and optimize the performance and efficiency of test data management systems. 10. Provide guidance and support to team members on test data management best practices. 11. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 12. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in test data management. Requirements: 1. Expertise in data masking, data anonymization, data sub setting, synthetic data generation 2. Expertise in GDPR, CCPA compliance enforcement. 3. Proven experience in test data management or a related role. 4. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and quality assurance processes. 5. Proficiency in data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, ETL tools, and data masking software. 6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 8. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 9. Experience with test automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices is a plus.
