We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic individual to build and drive reporting for the Ferguson Enterprise Application organization, within the Technology department, as a Data Visualization and Reporting Analyst!

The qualified individual will have a blend of communication and analytical skills. The individual will need to understand and communicate the team's performance to drive service performance improvements across the team. The ideal candidate will prepare, present, and communicate a variety of data relating to performance metrics, operational metrics, software delivery updates, and dashboards. In this role, you will need to be adaptive while working with many individuals to accumulate and deliver information in a consistent method providing meaningful information to teams.

**This role is approved to be remote or hybrid per company policy.**

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a reporting program within the Enterprise Application area.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish and identify measurable key performance indicators.
  • Communicate overall performance metrics to members of the Enterprise Application teams and the Technology leadership team.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure the understanding of reporting metrics including all the different types of metrics available to teams.
  • Establish and implement data collection procedures with teams to drive timelines and significant metrics.
  • Reporting and monitoring of ITIL focus metrics to highlight trends, drive effectiveness of IT services, and drive operational improvements.
  • Build visuals that showcase a team's operational, performance, and delivery metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvements of the reporting program.
  • Establish and maintain real-time operational dashboards.
  • Work with delivery teams to establish reporting metrics around on their demand volume, work in progress, and delivery metrics.
  • Drive integrations between tools to improve overall data integrity. Understand and translate raw data to visual representation and consumable information.
  • Drive consistent reporting across the Enterprise Application area.
  • Establishment of metric tracking to show teams period-over-period information to drive continuous service improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Prior experience building and delivering an IT reporting program.
  • Experience working with Service Now, Service Now Performance Analytics, Service Now reporting, AirTable, JIRA, and other reporting tools. AirTable is a nice-to-have.
  • ITIL knowledge to drive ITSM report needs.
  • Ability to adapt and work with a variety of teams with different capabilities.
  • Experience helping teams identify key metrics.
  • Experience building real-time operational dashboards helping teams capture metrics.
  • The ability to establish cadences and drive standards for teams.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-starter; able to bring clarity from general requirements.
  • Ability to understand and analyze data.
  • Ability to prepare and present data in various formats and forums.
  • Able to work well with others and bring knowledgeable expertise to the teams.
  • Problem solver.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organizational and social skills.
