Staff Program Manager

Job Description

Procore is looking for a Staff Program Manager supporting the president and senior leadership team within Product and Technology.  We are looking for a strategic and organized problem solver with a passion for innovation and leading change at scale. You will be part of a small team working alongside senior leaders to identify, shape, and lead critical initiatives across Procore’s 1000 person Product, Design and Technology  organization. 

This position will report to the President of Technology and has the opportunity to work remotely from Austin, TX.  We're looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you'll do:

• Support our senior leadership team with key cross functional initiatives with our HR, Talent and Finance partners.
• Provide support for customer, cross department large meetings,  board update and other external presentations.
• Lead initiatives across Product and Technology that enable our employees to do their best work.
• Lead our engineering community initiatives across the organization both internally and externally.
• Help organize and coordinate our strategic university partnerships and overall meetup strategy.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of work experience, including communicating and leading strategic or business initiatives with operational excellence.
• Well-rounded professional who can think strategically, develop solutions, and drive detailed action, including the abilities to set vision for a program and drive it to completion.
• Ability to lead both internal and external updates, communications, while driving to a successful outcome.
• Ability to innovate under new and/or changing conditions.
• Proven experience driving large-scale change across organizations of 500+ people.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to anticipate and work through resistance or setbacks independently, find common ground, and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure.
• Partner across diverse, cross-functional stakeholder groups at all levels throughout the company.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $110,000-$151,250 Incentive Compensation: Bonus Eligible Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
