About the Role:
The Chief of Staff (CoS) collaborates directly with the President of S&P Global Mobility to drive the effectiveness of the Office of the President across strategic, operational, and cross-functional priorities. This high-impact role blends strategic thinking, project management, and execution in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The CoS leads key initiatives, manages competing demands, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized self-starter with strong judgment, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to deliver with urgency, clarity, and follow-through.

Responsibilities and Impact:
- Collaborate closely with key team members to enhance the President’s ability in direction-setting, problem identification, decision alignment, and transparent communication.
- Assist the President in leading the business by synthesizing concerns and views and translating organizational themes and trends to advance business objectives.
- Support Board of Directors activities by developing reports and updates, ensuring compliance with board governance.
- Facilitate effective interactions between the President and various constituents through meeting prep, briefings, and follow-ups.
- Oversee events and strategic offsites, planning and executing global meetings and strategic offsites.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of business experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives, financial analysis, and/or general business administration in a medium/large publicly traded global organization.
- The demonstrated ability to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities, simultaneously addressing the urgency of immediate demands with long-term projects, with a track record of successfully juggling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
- Experience managing demanding deadlines, changing requirements, and at times, working with limited resources and ambiguity.
- Broad range of experience with analysis tools and frameworks, with the ability to integrate AI into workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling with data in PowerPoint and Excel.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- A graduate degree such as an M.B.A. is advantageous.
- Experience and/or knowledge of the automotive sector and/or familiarity with S&P Global Mobility’s products and services is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to navigate effectively and efficiently within a matrixed organization.
- Ability to demonstrate resilience, gravitas, and a strong EQ to engage diplomatically and collaboratively with senior executives.
