The Team

The Role

• Work with the business to ensure data quality compliance is maintained for those objects impacting planning in Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Monitor alerts, issues related to data and work with various teams to ensure resolution and communication thereof
• Work with technical team to resolve interface issue related to data
• Work with source system owners to resolve data related issues. Liaise to get data corrected at the source and then pass back to planners
• Responsible to ensure data processing templates and documents, (e.g. SOPs/Working Instructions), are up to date
• Work with management to provide reporting and escalate issues where needed and in timely manner to minimise/avoid the potential business risks.
• Provide support in any continuous improvement or other project initiatives which impacting planning tool on data delivery and readiness for testing and cut-over

Requirements

About You

• Primary skill: Demand planning and Supply Chain (SC) planning domain experience (commercial planning)
• Secondary skill: Data management/ processes experience
• Great to have knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response application, but not mandatory

• Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit and team player mindset, and adept at engaging senior stakeholders
• An excellent communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to analyse complex problems independently and deliver convincing presentations to put forth ideas
• Able to establish excellent working relationship with clients
• Able to audit existing ecosystem and suggest strategies for operational efficiency and thought leadership
• A self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in matrix team structure and assume front end roles at client location
