Job Description

• Support research scientists with their experiments based on company protocol, method, and procedures. 

• Do daily performance check using an internal standard reference on HPLC systems for quality control. 

• Support scientists with weekly buffer preparation and daily calibration and maintenance for analytical instruments. 

• Run routine HPLC-based and/or other analytical assays following already established methods, help with routine data capture, analysis and storage  

• Follow GLP and good documentation using electronic lab notebook. 

• Help with organizing and cleaning the lab and work environment. 

• Follow documentation and safety practices.   

• Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting (hardware & software) for lab equipment. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent 

• 1-2 years related laboratory experience is preferred 

• Understanding of industry practices and standards  

• Hands-on experience with pipetting, pH, and HPLC is preferred  

• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills 

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship 

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cambridge, MA are encouraged to apply.
