1] DESCRIPTION

This senior role contributes to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems, with a strong focus on advanced People Analytics. It involves supporting and guiding datadriven decisionmaking across HR functions, enhancing operational efficiency, and developing insights that inform talent strategies. The position also acts as a reference point for analytical methodologies within the HR team.

 

2] RESPONSIBILITIES


·       Manage, maintain, and enhance HR databases and internal systems, ensuring high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and governance.

·       Create and improve dashboards and reports to monitor HR KPIs and metrics, providing more advanced analysis where needed.

·       Lead or support the implementation of data visualization and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI.

·       Contribute to and lead analytical initiatives, including exploratory and trend analysis, statistical testing (e.g., ANOVA, regressions), predictive modeling, and more indepth statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, or risk indicators in HR data.

·       Support the design of advanced analytical frameworks that help evaluate the impact and effectiveness of HR programs.

·       Support and optimize the configuration, maintenance, and development of HR system modules (e.g., training, performance evaluation, onboarding).

·       Execute, refine, and help improve HR processes such as compensation cycles, internal mobility, salary reviews, and workforce planning.

·       Upload, validate, and audit data in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standards.

·       Collaborate with international teams to ensure alignment and consistency across local and global HR processes.

·       Participate in crossfunctional HR projects (e.g., employee engagement surveys, benchmarking studies).

·       Handle requests from the HR team and manage tickets via the JIRA platform.

Perfil

3] SKILLS


·       Experience with HRIS.

·       Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).

·       Solid analytical thinking with ability to interpret data and apply statistical methods such as ANOVA or hypothesis testing to generate actionable insights.

·       Native-level proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is required. Comfortable working in English (C1 level); Spanish language skills are a plus if Portuguese is the primary language.

·       Proactive and collaborative mindset with good planning and organizational skills.

·       Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
