P&C Senior Project Manager

<p>The candidate will liaise with the P&amp;C head of functional domain to act as a custodian of key assets such as business processes description and business architecture, ensuring these are built and amended when necessary.</p> <p>The senior project manager will also be responsible for spreading project management knowledge across the organization, ensuring best practices are used across P&amp;C projects liaising with the agile CoE and other group functions for a consistent approach.<br/> </p> <p><span><strong>Projects management</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Centralize and analyse business expectations/pain points/requirements supporting future growth</span></li> <li><span>Maintain backlog of prioritized items based on value add with effort and benefits estimates</span></li> <li><span>Perform impact analysis on existing business processes ensuring changes are properly analyzed</span></li> <li><span>Review and control functional requirements implementation to deliver quality</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with other SCOR teams to drive implementation and adoption of evolutions</span></li> <li><span>Provide input for test cases and scenarios. Validate executed user test results</span></li> <li><span>Document and communicate delivered changes and update business processes accordingly</span></li> <li><span>Follow-up on business applications release management and backlog implementation</span></li> <li><span>Ensure the applications functional documentation is always up to date </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Budget and resources</strong>:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Monitor carefully costs and budget of the projects’ portfolio</span></li> <li><span>Ensure team resources are invested responsively and effectively</span></li> <li><span>Propose strategies/changes to help reducing the maintenance projects cost</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Methodology</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Identify and implement changes to continually align projects target to SCOR strategy</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with data and processing teams to improve the quality and confidence of data</span></li> <li><span>Provide guidance, feedback, coaching and training to operations on project management topics</span></li> <li><span>Present and explain technical topics to broad range of stakeholders</span></li> <li><span>Solve problems proposing, and executing new prototype solutions as needed and/or further rationalization of existing methodologies.</span></li> <li><span>Deploy agile in the way of working</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Governance &amp; processes</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Contribute to the maintenance and definition of processes and governance whilst ensuring adherence with legal &amp; regulatory requirements</span></li> <li><span>Continuously evaluate and enhance processes, tools, and workflow, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization and streamlining to gain efficiency</span></li> <li><span>Monitor the projects’ operational risks. Provide mitigation actions to prevent key issues.
