Business Intelligence Analyst

• Position: Business Intelligence Analyst
• Location: Roseville, MN
• Schedule: Full Time / Hybrid
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, additional hours as needed

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization — from operational managers to executive leadership. You'll:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets from internal systems and external sources

• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to provide actionable insights to stakeholders

• Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success measures

• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems by validating, cleaning, and documenting data sources

• Provide analysis of trends, performance metrics, and operational results to support business decisions

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data governance, reporting processes, and system integrations

• Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership

• Participate in continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, innovation, and advanced analytics

• Support the deployment of BI tools, training, and documentation for end users

What We’re Looking For

• • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting

  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel; familiarity with SQL preferred

  • Experience with enterprise systems (EHR, ERP, CRM, HR, or Financial systems) a plus

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate technical findings into business context

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

SALARY RANGE:

We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The starting rate for this role is $75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
