- Position: Business Intelligence Analyst
- Location: Roseville, MN
- Schedule: Full Time / Hybrid
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, additional hours as needed
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization — from operational managers to executive leadership. You'll:

Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets from internal systems and external sources

Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success measures

Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems by validating, cleaning, and documenting data sources

Provide analysis of trends, performance metrics, and operational results to support business decisions

Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data governance, reporting processes, and system integrations

Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership

Participate in continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, innovation, and advanced analytics

Support the deployment of BI tools, training, and documentation for end users
What We’re Looking For
-
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel; familiarity with SQL preferred
• Experience with enterprise systems (EHR, ERP, CRM, HR, or Financial systems) a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate technical findings into business context

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
SALARY RANGE:

We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The starting rate for this role is $75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
