Job Title: BXMA- Direct Trading Operations, Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, diverse asset classes and investment operations will be advantageous.

Responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for trade capture, cash and position reconciliations, and proactive resolution of exceptions

• Interact with sell side trading counterparts on market updates and trade related issues

• Collaborate with various teams within the firm to address trade and compliance queries

• Research and resolve trade breaks at Prime Brokers, Fund Administrators & Custodians

• Run end-of-day flash PNL and generate ad-hoc risk/performance reporting to support the investment team

• Partner with the technology team on building out technology solutions to enhance the control environment and optimize performance reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience

• Expertise in fixed income, derivatives, equity products, and comprehensive understanding of the trade life cycle

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment; prior experience working directly with traders is a plus

• Works with technology teams on system enhancements

• Undergraduate degree  

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, trade support or middle office

• Proficiency with Excel, Python experience (a plus)

Expected annual base salary range:

$110,000 - $125,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
