Job Description

The Electrical Maintenance Manager will assist the Plant Engineer in leading and directing salary and hourly personnel in all phases of the plant engineering function.

The Electrical Maintenance Manager will:

• Plan, assign, direct and supervise the maintenance of electrical equipment in the plant.
• Assist in directing preventative maintenance programs
• Provide a high level of technical service to produce glass containers at continuously improving levels of quality

The Electrical Maintenance Manager should have:

• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and energize team members
• Experience in diagnosing hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical issues
• Electrical knowledge and experience with high voltage electronics
• The ability to provide training and/or provide training resources to new and existing personnel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Skilled Trades Background highly preferred
• Additional training (military, apprenticeship) or BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) is preferred
• Extensive experience in a maintenance leadership position in a 24/7 manufacturing facility

Salary Range:  The expected salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $110,00 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus.    Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
