Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Behavior Technician, you will:

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a supervisor.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities in homes, community settings, and possibly in-clinic.
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments as needed.
• Accurately collect and report data on treatment goals and client progress.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices within the field of ABA.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• RBT certification or equivalent training (must be able to provide proof).
• Open availability is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS but not required.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop clinical skills accordingly.
• Valid California Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Willingness to travel to various locations for in-home and community-based sessions.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
