What does a Tax Technology Consulting Graduate do?

• Develop a unique blend of tax and technology skills through learning, shadowing, one-to-one mentoring, and training. 

• Work alongside experts in Data Analytics, Data Science, Gen AI, Technology, Tax, and Accounting on real-world projects for leading Irish and global clients 

• Engage with senior stakeholders & helping bridge the technology skills  gap in tax departments by demonstrating technology’s business value  

• Collaborate on brainstorming, designing & implementing new innovative solutions for our clients using Gen AI, ERP, and other enterprise systems to solve real-time tax issues from the EU to OECD - supporting client meetings, translating requirements, proactively identifying & researching problems presenting well prepared solutions & helping coordinate projects 

• Support new business proposals and presentations & contribute towards creating business deliverables such as process maps, requirement documents, roadmaps, data visualization dashboards using technologies such as PowerBi and Tableau, in addition to configured tax techn
