Job Description
The Project Delivery Manager (DM) is responsible to direct and manage all aspects of project development from beginning to end and ensure effective delivery of the product to the client.
Nagarro's Delivery Manager:
- Reviews the project status and provides oversight, manages resources, maintains relationship with the client, manages internal collaboration, change, risk and escalation to ensure project profitability.
- Executes project review and oversight o manage timely, high-quality, & cost-effective service delivery to the client, ensuring and monitoring adherence to internal processes and continuous improvement of productivity that results in increased cost-effectiveness and value.
- Manages project dependencies and critical path, tracking project timelines and milestones
- Conducts independent verification and validation of deliveries.
- Establishes the information systems and reviews the structure for SLAs
- Coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Ensures that each team member has adequate skills and knowledge on technology, project management and software engineering processes.
- Mentors project managers in project management and client communication.
- Rewards and recognizes performance.
- Identifies and resolves any outstanding issues among the project teams, that cannot be resolved within the team.
- Obtains and Communicates the client’s feedback on project progress and success factors to the project team and other stakeholders.
- Identifies farming opportunities.
- Leads the project initiation activity.
- Works with Project Managers to drive growth, quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensures regular collaboration with senior management, Project Managers and project stakeholders at Nagarro.
- Ensures proper handover from sales to delivery.
- Reviews/approves changes affecting scope, timing, cost, and/or quality, as required.
- Acts as the point of escalation for all delivery related issues.
- Monitors risks, develops and executes risk mitigation plans with the project manager, at completion of every major milestone including project closure.
- Provides management oversight as predicated by review of the project risk analysis.
- Ensures the profitability of the project/s.
- Reviews and closes project account and financial files on project closure.
- Support group interaction o Facilitate infrastructure , IT and availability of other resources to project manager/team.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, hybrid position in Fort Bend, Austin, TX.
