An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Youth Worker to deliver and develop Youth Service provision based at Hawtonville Young People’s Centre in Newark. You will be responsible for delivering four face-to-face evening sessions a week and develop and deliver a range of Focused Youth Worker Intervention in the day and after school in a variety of settings.   

You should be capable of:  

  • Delivering creative and innovative youth work.
  • Building positive relationships with young people.
  • Further developing links with the local community.
  • Managing a small team of part time staff.

Ideally you will have a proven track record of delivering high quality youth work and have the experience of managing high performing youth work provision.
