We are looking for a skilled Director, Total Rewards and HR Technology professional to join Elite. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (“CHRO”), this position will lead and assume overall accountability for strategy, design, development, implementation, and governance of all compensation, benefits, wellness programs and people systems. This is a key role charged with ensuring that our company-wide Total Rewards programs and people systems are aligned and support the company’s overall Employee Value Proposition, Culture and Total Rewards philosophy in an effort to attract, retain and motivate.
Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Evolve and execute a best-in-class Total Rewards strategy.
Oversee the efficient and effective execution of core Total Rewards processes.
Oversee the communication and employee feedback processes related to compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
Reinforce our positive and collaborative work environment.
Benchmark company Total Rewards programs and monitor external trends.
Partner with external stakeholders in managing various plans and systems and ensure compliance with all global requirements related to leave management, reporting and federal, state, and local requirements such as ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, CCPA, GDPR, and HIPAA.
Partner with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Accounting, Payroll and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance for all programs.
Collaborate closely with IT and other stakeholders regarding configuration of HRIS system and data integrity.
Provide subject matter expertise and engagement in support of merger and acquisition activities.
Contribute as a key member of the HR Leadership Team in strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
BS/BA degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, and
A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, preferably with a multinational or international organization.
Detail-oriented, proven ability to track, prioritize and drive to success multiple concurrent projects by analyzing data and driving sound decision-making.
Experience with global benefits programs, including working with local brokers and plan administrators.
Proven experience leading a Total Reward and HRIS team through a sustained, high-growth period.
Experience with implementing, iterating, and scaling Total Reward programs globally based on the changing needs of the business.
Experience presenting to and engaging with Board Directors on compensation matters.
Experience overseeing the implementation of HRIS compensation modules for a streamlined teammate experience.
Comfortable presenting, articulating strategy, and points of view to all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of ERISA and IRS requirements.
Remain current on laws, regulations, and plan design trends, ensuring that the organization's policies and programs conform and are competitive.
Ensuring all HR-related systems, programs and practices are compliant with all applicable laws across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
Experience in leading stock plan administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
Ceridian Dayforce or other ERP experience preferred.
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Human Resources Certification (PHR or SHRM) credentials preferred.
