So, come join us.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><em>We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager with a background in agricultural products to lead our warehouse operations located in Laverton North, VIC.</em></span></span><br/>  </p> <p><span><span><b>About the Opportunity:</b></span></span></p> <p><span><span>Reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager, this role will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of agricultural chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while optimising efficiency and productivity.</span></span><br/>  </p> <p><span><span><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among warehouse staff.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Manage the receiving, storage, and shipping of agricultural chemicals, including fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training on chemical handling procedures and safety protocols.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Implement and maintain proper storage practices for agricultural chemicals, including segregation, labelling, and inventory management.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of chemicals and resolve any discrepancies or quality issues.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Develop and enforce safety procedures to minimise risks associated with chemical handling, storage, and transportation.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations governing the handling and disposal of agricultural chemicals.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Utilise technology and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, monitor expiration dates, batch control, and manage orders.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Analyse data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.</span></span></span><br/>  </li> </ul> <p><span><span><b>About you:</b></span></span></p> <p><span><span>To be successful in this role you will have a sound understanding of warehouse operations and the agricultural industry.
