What we’re looking for

This is a seasonal position. We are hiring for this position beginning on or around 06/01 and employment is expected to end on or around 09/15. While the company is under no obligation to extend your employment through the season nor beyond the end date, there may be additional opportunities within this or other roles.

Compensation 

• Piece-rate: Range from $15 - $50 per class

What you’ll do

Set up and break down classes. Provide information regarding activities and classes. Maintain clean towel inventory. Maintain knowledge of merchandise and services for sale, including prices. Greet guests and verify membership if needed.

The skills you’ll need

• Professional in all forms of communications such as in-person, email, phone calls, video calls and texts
• Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
• Highly responsive and reliable
• Strong attention to detail
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of fitness equipment preferred
• Cycling Instructor certification required
• Yoga Instructor Certification required
• Must hold current personal training certifications along with experience and knowledge of training all ages and levels on a one on one basis.

Work environment and physical demands

• Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
• Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of seventy-five (75) pounds without assistance.
