Zscaler is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the Central Go-to-Market (GTM) FP&A team.  Our team supports GTM business leaders and finance teams by coordinating and consolidating deliverables, centralizing and standardizing processes, establishing financial controls and building tools that improve speed of decision making while  providing insightful financial analysis.  

This position will play a critical role in providing cross functional leadership across multiple business partners and initiatives, and drive overall GTM headcount and financial planning, reporting and analysis.  The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strategic thinker, great communicator, and enjoys leading GTM finance initiatives and collaborating with people in a fast-paced environment.  You will ensure appropriate due diligence is applied to business decisions, maintaining the integrity of reported information and forecasting with a high level of predictability. 

**Position is based in San Jose and hybrid 2x a week in office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with key GTM Sales & EcoSystem leaders to provide finance support, strategic guidance and run ad-hoc financial data & intelligence that will deliver on growth targets
• Manage the monthly expense and headcount planning for our GTM business partners and provide timely and insightful analysis highlighting areas of risk and opportunity
• Partner with internal stakeholders and finance teams to drive scalable and continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification and reporting enhancements
• Manage the weekly, monthly and quarter-end deliverables and own the consolidation of key financial metrics for the GTM FP&A team
• Assist in the preparation of management presentations and monthly reporting packages
• Develop and monitor critical headcount metrics, and communicate actionable insights
• Support the annual financial planning processes and analytics to drive strategic business objectives
• Own, lead and manage GTM finance initiatives/projects end to end, working cross-functionally with various business partners, operations, IT and finance teams

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in GTM Finance, strategy, or operations in a high growth Enterprise SaaS or Software technology company;  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Strategy or related field
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Project management experience or mindset
• Experience driving planning and forecasting processes, including coordination, communication, managing deadlines
• High attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results
• Advanced Excel analytical skills including a demonstrated ability to develop and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving
• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce.com, Clari, Google Workspace and/or other comparable software systems

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
