The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and production areas to ensureefficiency, productivity, and safety. This role involves managing staff, coordinating logistics, and maintaining inventory levels
while implementing best practices in production processes. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, monitoring
production schedules, and encouraging a positive work environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication
skills are essential for success in this role

- Oversee daily warehouse and production operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products. •
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse and production staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
- Manage inventory processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials and products.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory records and conduct regular audits.
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance warehouse and production efficiency.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs, addressing any operational issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in all production processes.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align production schedules with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency to senior management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team
What You'll Bring to Our Team
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, production supervision, or a similar role.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and production planning software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with analyzing production metrics and making recommendations for improvements.
- Proven track record of effective team leadership and staff development • Ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as needed to meet production demands. •
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials, and stand for extended periods
