Job Summary
The Analyst 3, UX Design Producer will be embedded within the IVR/XA workstream to provide dedicated UX operational support, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence. Acting as the central point of coordination for UX activities, this role will manage intake, prioritize requests, and facilitate agile ceremonies to keep initiatives on track. The UX Producer will partner closely with design, research, content, product and engineering teams to streamline workflows, monitor capacity, and drive continuous improvement. This position mirrors the successful embedded producer model enabling seamless collaboration, timely delivery, and improved team morale.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across design, research, content, and engineering teams.
- Manage intake and prioritization of UX work, ensuring requests are scoped, resourced, and tracked.
- Facilitate UX-focused agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retros, stand-ups) to maintain momentum and transparency.
- Monitor team capacity and forecast needs, preventing burnout and ensuring sustainable delivery.
- Drive process adherence and continuous improvement, in partnership with Design Operations.
- Lead analysis and design of existing and new business processes that span multiple areas of the organization, including Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, Training, Finance, and Legal.
- Develop scalable processes to support and benefit the Company's architecture vision.
- Help define success metrics for each new system or process and establish a plan to track, monitor, and measure success.
- Complete assessments of business processes and document problem statements, process flows, gap analyses, and solution recommendations.
- Interact closely with matrixed cross-functional teams (both field and corporate) to secure alignment.
- Diagnose, correct, and document issues, risks, and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
