Outpatient Therapist

National Counseling Group (NCG) is seeking dedicated Full-time and Part-time Outpatient Therapists (Resident in Counseling or Licensed) to join our team. We provide high-quality, community-based behavioral health services across Virginia. Compensation: The listed salary range is based on achieving a standard of 25 billable hours per week.

• Licensed Eligible or Resident: $58,000 - $61,600
• Fully Licensed: $61,600 - $65,200
• Unlimited Earning Potential
• Final compensation will also depend on factors such as education, licensure level, experience, and other qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services to clients
• Develop and implement individualized service plans
• Conduct case management and crisis interventions
• Perform psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments (Behavioral, Substance Abuse, Economic Self-Sufficiency)
• Facilitate Wraparound Team Meetings
