Finance Business Partner

As an FBP you demonstrate your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are essential to delivering our strategy. The FBP builds networks across the organisation, to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer. 

This role will also further accelerate diagnostics and diabetes solutions through close-to-patient and personalized disease management in order to sustain innovation and continuously bring together new opportunities for patients in Poland and all distributor markets.
 

The Opportunity:

• Own the financial and business planning processes. Act as a key partner in developing a coherent affiliate commercial strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as opportunity prioritisation and creative strategies for revenue generation.

• Support pricing strategies and tender profitability calculations

• Drive and support Customer Profitability monitoring

• Create and maintain Chapter/Region/Area and Product segmentation sales and profitability analysis and reporting in Tableau

• Propose & drive ideas for P&L improvement - uplift opportunities, efficiency/waste improvement, risk reduction, channel filling etc.

• Partner with the business and support co-lead touchpoints throughout the whole customer journey with an enterprise approach. 

• Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics or advise on deviations and corrective actions.

• Stimulate behaviours across the organisation aligned with financial objectives. 

Who you are:

• Strong business and financial acumen. Experience working with and for the customer.

• Strong analytical skills and data driven decision maker.

• IT acumen, Tableau reporting and SAP R/3 literacy will be an asset

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, demonstrating the ability to manipulate and interpret data optimally.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Passion for delivering tangible value for our customers, patients and the business.

• Knowledge and expertise of healthcare systems, market dynamics, and competitor landscape would be a plus

• Actively seeking input and forming relationships with other customers in the ecosystem.

• Negotiation skills with an ability to support successful win-win outcomes.

• Fluent Polish & English language
