Internship Program​ 

Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.​ 

Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.​ 

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.​ 

The Tiffany & Co. Responsible Sourcing team is seeking opportunities to accelerate its impact on the supply chain by leveraging cross-functional data. The Data Transformation Intern will support the Responsible Sourcing team in these efforts by evolving the team’s approach to data management and analysis. By defining the team’s new data strategy, this project will enable the Responsible Sourcing team to capture more nuanced and valuable supply chain insights, while also establishing the team as a central hub for supplier information across sourcing teams and other internal partners. Furthermore, the Responsible Sourcing Intern will strengthen our annual public reporting on our responsible sourcing efforts by conducting research into best practices, evolving industry standards, and opportunities for Tiffany & Co. to demonstrate its leadership in this space – leaning on the team’s new data strategy. This internship offers a unique opportunity to usher an already robust responsible sourcing program into a more data-centric future for optimal impact.

Key Accountabilities

Data Management & Centralization

  • Support the management of supplier data, contributing to the development of a central repository for responsible sourcing information.
  • Work with sourcing teams to identify opportunities for cross-functional data sharing and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

Benchmarking Research

  • Conduct extensive research on industry standards for public disclosures related to responsible sourcing.
  • Analyze competitors' practices to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.
  • Based on Tiffany & Co. data, compile findings into a comprehensive report indicating key takeaways.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Utilize cross-functional data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in our responsible sourcing practices.
  • Develop data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance program effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability, responsible sourcing, or corporate social responsibility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools (Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with data management or analysis projects.
  • Familiarity with sourcing or supply chain management, especially within retail or luxury goods sectors, is advantageous but not required.
