RNG Maintenance Supervisor

About the role
Key Areas of Responsibility
- RNG asset maintenance management, planning and scheduling both internal and external support personnel for the RNG plant.
- Work closely with the RNG Operations Team and RNG Plant Team to ensure continuity of support and successful maintenance related outcomes.
- Ensure the RNG Plant is being maintained to meet safety, compliance, production and the asset maintenance plans.
- Manage planning, communications with RNG Plant Team and support labor for maintenance outages.
- Planning, coordination, and scheduling of major plant maintenance outages
- Be knowledgeable of mechanical preventive maintenance schedules, electrical GEAMS and maintenance schedules in support of RNG Plant compliance.
- Maintenance resource planning to effectively support start-up and operations of the RNG plant.
- Identification of critical inventory and spares and support strategy for procuring and maintaining on site inventory.
- Analyse operations and maintenance data to make recommendations for improving productivity and efficiency in operations.
- Support Operations by ensuring that the RNG plant is running at full potential while minimizing direct costs.
- Arrange for outside third-party assistance when required and manage and oversee any third-party contractors working onsite.
Person Specification
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Able to work under pressure with minimal frustrations.
- Good organizing skills. Able to prioritize several competing priorities.
- Identify and recommend RNG Plant improvements.
- Communicate accurately with employees, supervisors, and managers.
- Possess a high level of analytical and trouble shooting skills.
- Be able to support plant staff with maintenance related challenges.
- Proficient using computers and monitoring equipment to measure, record and adjust equipment within operating parameters.
- Reliable, committed, and motivated to achieving Company and team goals and objectives.
- Communicate accurately with employees, supervisors, and managers. High level of analytical and trouble shooting skills in both the gas plant and the gas field.
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior supervisory/management experience in a process plant production environment, preferably with electrical and rotational equipment
- Experience with setting and adhering to budgets and understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Experience with setting site maintenance schedules, preferably with both gas field, gas plant and engines
- Experience adhering to Health and safety responsibilities and requirements.
Physical Demands
- Ability to read, write, hear and communicate adequately to complete job duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to see adequately to complete job duties and responsibilities.
- The work is physical in nature. Ability to stand, sit, bend, squat, crawl, climb, stoop, walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally travel by automobile and/or airline for extended periods of time.
