🇵🇱 Senior Product Designer

About the role:
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll join one of our three developer teams - each with its own strategy and ownership area within the product.

Your goal: to design experiences that empower merchants to become professional-grade e-commerce marketers effortlessly. You’ll do this through interfaces that combine data-driven insights, AI, and dynamic automation - all in an intuitive and transparent way.

You’ll have full ownership of the design process and the freedom to shape how you deliver results. There are no Product Managers here - your research, decisions, and execution directly define what ships.

🚀 How you will spend your time:

• Understand our users: using interviews and other relevant methods. The process is yours, you define the best approach to uncover insight.

• Frame and test hypotheses: plan experiments, analyze behavior and data, and synthesize findings into clear design direction.

• Prototype and test fast: validate ideas early, iterate based on usability feedback and measurable outcomes.

• Design end-to-end experiences: from workflow concepts and interaction logic to production-ready UI; smaller ones are even coded by vibe-coding when it makes sense.

• Collaborate directly with developers, AI, and data engineers – refine behaviors, states, and feedback loops together.

• Evolve the design system: ensure structural clarity and consistency across modules.

• Improve our process: bring your own methods, reasoning, and value that push our design practice forward.
  

🚀 Who you are:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end product design (digital SaaS or complex tools). If you're more of a mid-level designer but have passion and the desire to grow professionally - feel free to apply, we'd love to talk to you too!

• Strong UX research skills: planning and executing interviews, and mixed-method research; ability to translate findings into decisions.

• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for outcomes.

• Solid visual and interaction design craft, expert in Figma.

• Fluent in English (B2+) and Polish.

• Basic technical understanding (HTML/CSS): useful for vibe-coding and working with Storybook, ensuring design–front-end alignment.

1. 30-minute Online Interview with Milena Micor (People and Culture Partner).

2. 60-minute Online Interview with Olaf Otrząsek (Team Lead & Senior Product Designer) and Kamil Rozum (Team Lead & Senior Software Engineer).

3. Short paid design task.

4. 30-minute meeting with Maciej Mendrela (CTO) and Olaf Otrząsek (Team Lead & Senior Product Designer) where you'll present the task results.

After each stage, you will always receive feedback regarding your candidacy.
