Credit Controller Accounting & Vendor Payment

Credit Accountant & Vendor Payments is located in Arcore.
The position is responsible for credit management and vendor payments.

Services related to Credit Account:

• Control and management of customer credit, cooperate with Sales Dept. for control and solicit for overdue;
• entry of the receipts in the general accounting;
• insertion of debit notes by customers (premium freight, price changes...) and management of anomalies;
• cash flow: collections from customers for actual, budgeting and forecasting purposes;
• intercompany netting: monthly data update;
• end-of-month reporting and control report: I.C. reconciliation, sub-ledger reconciliation rec., ACC TREC Report (Customer Aging).

Services related to Vendor Payments:

• Preparation of vendor payments;
• registration of customs invoices.
