Lucid’s Financial Services Organization provides Financing Solutions to our Customers globally in partnership with our Financing partners worldwide. We are looking for a Global Program Management Leader to lead the Program Management function within Financial Services. In this role, you will be own and lead execution of Key Strategic Programs, Large-Scale Transformations & Cross-Functional Initiatives within Financial Services globally.
The ideal candidate will be a proven, results oriented leader with strong communication skills, a deep skillset in building relationships with internal and external partners coupled with an ability to influence across all levels of the organization. An expertise in mobilizing large cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of program objectives will be crucial in this role. Significant experience in leading global PMOs within Auto Financial Services and/or EV OEMs is desired.

Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the Program Management function within Lucid’s Financial Services Organization supporting all regions globally
- Develop and implement a comprehensive execution management strategy to support and enable the Financial Services organization to achieve its strategic goals while creating a culture of ownership, collaboration and accountability
- Lead and execute on Key Strategic Programs, Large-scale Transformations and support Regional Leads with launch in new global markets
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams & stakeholders within Lucid (Legal, Technology, Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Audit and other areas) on resource allocation and prioritization to achieve program goals and objectives
- Own Project Plan reviews to ensure strategic focus and identify early warning signs of risk. Engage with sponsors on at-risk projects as necessary to ensure successful execution and delivery of results
- Partner with the leadership team to translate strategic priorities into executable projects and initiatives
- Develop and report the Financial Services project portfolio aligned with strategic goals and objectives
- Track and report on the health of the Lucid’s Financial Services portfolio of initiatives (new market launches, product launches, operating model, risk, compliance, process related enhancements, etc.) to manage progress, evaluate results, ensure value delivery, learn from feedback and make adjustments
- Facilitate decision making forums to ensure financial feasibility, strategic alignment/prioritization, and effective resource allocation to a project to ensure the ability to deliver on committed value and costs
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years leadership experience in Financial Services leading large strategic business initiatives and transformations globally at an enterprise level, across cross-functional stakeholders and external financing partners
- 5 years of people leadership experience with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and managing large work groups with multiple layers.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create collaborative relationships (internally and externally) to drive program outcomes
- Ability to engage with and establish credibility with business partners at the across all levels of the organization
- Promote a high-performance culture by cultivating and motivating direct/indirect reports through coaching, mentoring, and by providing regular and meaningful feedback.
- PMP & Agile Certification. Expert knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and Agile tools
- Strong executive presence and experience advising and interfacing business leadership on technology-related issues, excellent executive-level verbal and written communication
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Automotive Financial Services products
- Proven problem-solving sk
