The Goal

OpenBet is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment efforts for technical roles and others, primarily in Athens, OpenBet’s largest office hub, with additional global hiring responsibilities, as needed.

As a senior member of the team, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring we attract and hire top talent while enhancing OpenBet’s employer brand in each local market, having a full recruitment lifecycle ownership.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for 12-15 open positions at any given time, with an average annual hiring volume of 50+ roles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring we engage high-caliber professionals across various technical disciplines.
• Advise and partner with hiring managers, providing market insights, guiding interview processes, and ensuring a strong candidate pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong talent networks, proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Enhance OpenBet’s employer brand through event participation, networking, and social media presence.
• Drive process improvements, optimizing hiring strategies, ATS usage, and recruitment metrics.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring hiring best practices align with company DEI goals.

The Player

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, hiring software engineers and technology professionals.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, driving strategic hiring decisions.
  Expertise in direct sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and proactive talent engagement
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience optimizing recruitment processes
• Proficiency in ATS tools and recruitment technologies
• Ability to create and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to identify gaps and opportunities.
