Role Summary
As the Senior Director/VP, Professional Services, you will lead our team of clinicians and training specialists in providing exceptional expertise and support to various internal teams as well as clients within the home health and hospice sectors. This role will play a pivotal part in advancing the utilization of our product suite while collaborating with various departments to drive market penetration and growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Organizational Definition: Define and build the Professional Services organizational construct as a shared-services team providing clinical/SME expertise to the various departments within the Medalogix organization and to our clients directly and indirectly. Establish the team’s organizational role, clarify the inter-organizational roles and responsibilities, process definitions and integrations, talent management and technology needs, and performance management KPIs
- Client Advocacy: Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges in the health-at-home sector. Collaborate with the sales and Client success teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
- Solution Implementation: Participate in the implementation of our SaaS products, leading the clinical requirements gathering, training and adoption phases of the implementation, ensuring successful integration and alignment with client workflows. Provide guidance to the team to ensure that products are configured and customized to meet client requirements effectively.
- Best Practices: Define and promote best practices for the implementation, adoption, and utilization of our products within client organizations. Develop both live and web-based training programs and resources to empower clients in maximizing the potential of our solutions.
- Business Development: Partner with the Sales, Client Success and Marketing organizations to support events, marketing content development, potential webinars, product demonstrations, and participate in key client/prospect meetings.
- Regulatory Insights: Monitor and communicate industry regulatory updates, ensuring the company remains compliant and well-informed about market trends.
- Clinical Insight into Products: Collaborate with the product development and technology teams to incorporate clinical insights into product and data science enhancements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions to
