Position: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Location: Burlington County, Gloucester & Camden Counties, NJ
Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts

Part- Time (Monday - Friday)

• 4:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday - Sunday:

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

• 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

What You\'ll Do

As a CHHA at Grace Healthcare Services, your role is vital to our mission. Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility)

• Preparing simple, nutritious meals in accordance with patient care plans

• Maintaining a safe and clean home environment

• Accurately documenting care using CellTrak

• Collaborating with RN Case Managers to monitor and report changes in patient conditions

What You\'ll Need

• Current NJ Certified Home Health Aide license in good standing

• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English

• Physical capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Burlington County
