Weekend Fitness Center Opener

Description

• Opening the fitness center, Saturdays at 5:30 AM and Sundays at 6:30 AM. 
• Must be reliable and punctual. 
• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting members and their guests. 
• Greeting and checking in members and their guests utilizing the fitness center. 
• Handle all front desk related activities including but not limited to: 
• Answering phones 
• Scheduling massage therapy appointments, as well as other fitness related reservations. 
• Charging members for services received or retail items using the point of sale (POS) system 
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally and elevate to Assistant Fitness Director or Fitness Operations Director as needed. 
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized fitness facility, including locker rooms. 
• Daily cleaning fitness equipment. 
• Restock fitness and locker room supplies as needed. 

Requirements

• Customer service background preferred. 
• Basic computer proficiency. 
• Upbeat and positive attitude. 
• Punctuality and reliability. 
• Able to work as part of a team to accomplish a common goal.  
• Continual standing, walking, and bending down during a shift. 
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
