YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE We are looking for a data-driven and customer-centric Customer Lifecycle Manager to lead customer retention and reactivation initiatives across our German market. In this role, you will own the CRM strategy and execution for existing customers, driving engagement, repeat bookings, customer lifetime value, and win-back performance. You will work at the intersection of marketing, data, product, and customer operations to deliver highly personalized customer journeys that strengthen customer loyalty and maximize retention. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong campaign execution skills and a passion for understanding customer behavior. In detail, you will take on the following tasks: Own the CRM strategy to increase customer reactivation, retention, repeat bookings, and customer lifetime value. Design, execute, and optimize personalized lifecycle journeys across email, push notifications, SMS, and other CRM channels. Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies using behavioral and lifecycle data to deliver relevant, timely communications. Use data, experimentation, and A/B testing to continuously improve CRM performance and measure business impact. Partner closely with Product, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to identify and deliver cross-functional initiatives that improve customer retention and reactivation. Monitor and report on key CRM KPIs, turning customer insights into actionable recommendations and a prioritized roadmap. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 4–6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or customer engagement. Proven track record of driving customer retention and reactivation in a digital, marketplace, subscription, or e-commerce business. Hands-on experience with CRM and Braze is a must! Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with experience using customer data to drive informed business decisions. Experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle design, and marketing automation. Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies and A/B testing. Comfortable working with data visualization and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights and translate them into actionable business recommendations.
