This key personnel position leads a team providing comprehensive cybersecurity program implementation, validation, and compliance services in support of the DoD Information Assessment and Authorization (A&amp;A) process and Risk Management Framework (RMF).</p> <p><strong><br>Location: </strong>(Onsite) Philadelphia, PA</p> <p><strong>Clearance:&nbsp;</strong> Active Secret<br><br></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities and/or Success Factors: </strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Program Leadership and Team Management:</span></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with NSWCPD Code 104 customers&nbsp;</li> <li>Plan and direct tasks, as well as conduct on-site supervision of subordinate personnel</li> <li>Validate and verify that work products and services of team members meet expectations and requirements&nbsp;</li> <li>Review all deliverables and work products before they are delivered to ensure quality and compliance Project Management&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure, enact, and validate project execution in accordance with Department of Navy requirements and within time constraints&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with government project managers to ensure all key activities and actions are captured, scheduled, and risks identified and mitigated&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare project schedules, including resource loading, dependencies, and critical path analysis&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor progress of tasks and prepare progress reports per CDRL A001 requirements&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all NAVSEA, DON, and DoD cybersecurity policies and pro
