Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Lancaster, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Director of Restaurants

Position Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our hospitality properties. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including painting, deep cleaning, preventative maintenance, and light equipment repairs, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.



Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and equipment.
  
  
• Conduct repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and minor carpentry tasks.
  
  
• Execute painting projects and deep cleaning as needed.
  
  
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  
  
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and supplies used.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
  
  
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems preferred.
  
  
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facility maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  
  
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Wage: $22.50-$27.50

• Benefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and opportunities for professional development. 

Compensation: $22.50 - $27.50 per hour
