Join us as Warehouse Technician/WaterSpider at our San Luis Obispo, CA facility. You will be responsible for ensuring materials are supplied where and when they are needed, while keeping the facility clean and orderly.

What is in it for you?

• The anticipated hourly pay for this role is between $17.88 - $33.22. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

More details about the opportunity:

• Reading basic work instructions to determine materials staging and preparation methods needed to support assembly work.
• Identifying, improving, and/or reporting pick errors, process issues, and quality concerns.
• Using MRP system to complete required material movements and research as required.
• Assisting in production as necessary to include setup and breakdown of jobs and working as an assembler.
• Helping coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Clean facility remove recyclables and waste from the facility floor, and assist with other facility upkeep
• Replenishing (inflow) and returning (outflow) materials (pallets, totes, waste, and cardboard) as needed per request, visual indicators, or if found defective.
• Stocking and maintaining cell inventory, material, tools, machines, consumables, and paperwork.
• Picking various materials, parts, and assemblies from warehouse, and various staging locations.

Other Qualifications:

• Be able to lift frequently 3-25 pounds and infrequently 25-50 pounds, as well as regularly bend and reach
• Be able to drive a sit-down forklift (will train)

Position Hours/Schedule:
7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday (occasional overtime on Saturdays)
