Pratt & Whitney's Engine Design and System Integration (EDSI) department is seeking an Engineering Lead - Model Based Manufacture & Inspection (MBMI), within their Transformation teams, who will be responsible for leading a Model Based Enterprise (MBE) development team in streamlining the M and I digital connections for both internal and external manufacturing sites.
What You Will Do:
- Drive MB-MI strategy and horizontal alignment at Engineering level (across EDSI, Mod Centers Eng., Disciplines, etc.).
- Drive & execute MB-MI strategy for creation & adoption of Standards, digital tools, and training for future state creation of Product definition.
- Support strategy and horizontal alignment at MBMI Program level (across Engineering, Manufacturing, Global supply chain, Quality).
- Communication, outreach, and education across all levels of Engineering (executive reviews, CIPT, IPMT, SIPT, EDSI, Discipline Meetings, developmental programs), as well as outside of engineering upon request.
- Travel up to 20%.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering and 12 years of Engineering experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 10 years of Engineering experience.
- 7+ years of demonstrated leadership competencies should include Focus on Results; Teamwork; Analytical thinking; Communication and Listening Skills.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Strong knowledge of Model Based Manufacturing and Inspection.
- Experience with manufacturing, quality, and aftermarket operations.
- Ability to take initiative, support strategic priorities, take ownership of assigned projects/initiatives and independently drive for results.
