Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, one of the world's leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions to support our business needs.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Configuration and Customization:
- Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
- Help create and modify reports, dashboards, and workflows
- Support the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities
Data Management:
- Assist in data imports, exports, updates, and data quality management
- Help maintain data integrity by performing regular data audits and cleanups
- Support in merging and deduplicating records to ensure accurate data
User Support and Training:
- Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting issues and answering queries
- Assist in the development and delivery of user training and documentation
- Help create user guides and training materials for Salesforce users
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides
Project Support:
- Collaborate with team members on Salesforce projects and initiatives
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to understand business requirements
- Assist in the testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions
Administrative Tasks:
- Help maintain system security by managing user roles, profiles, and permissions
- Assist in monitoring system performance and addressing technical issues
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed
Other ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or any other related disciplines
Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or other Salesforce development tools
Possess fundamental understanding of CRM concepts and best practices
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience is an advantage
Attained Salesforce Trailhead badges or other certifications
