Parts Advisor - Wholesale

Description

Our company is seeking a Wholesale Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, with a preference for those who have worked with Mercedes vehicles. As a Wholesale Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our wholesale accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain relationships with wholesale accounts, including regular communication and follow-up

- Utilize knowledge of OE Connection, RepairLink, and CollisionLink to provide excellent service to wholesale accounts

- Multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously

- Answer phone calls and emails from wholesale accounts, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to wholesale accounts

Requirements:

- Experience in the automotive industry, with a preference for those with Mercedes experience

- Knowledge of Oeconnection, Repairlink, and Collisionlink

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented and organized

Requirements

Qualifications:
