A Day in the Life:
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, your workday is as rewarding as it is impactful. You’ll engage families in the comfort of their homes, building trust and rapport to foster healing and resilience. Your time will be spent developing customized, measurable treatment plans, conducting face-to-face therapy sessions, and equipping parents with the skills needed to create safe and nurturing environments for their children. You’ll balance immediate crisis intervention with long-term therapeutic goals, all while enjoying the flexibility of a supportive, team-oriented environment that prioritizes work-life balance. With a focus on Tippecanoe County, your travel will be manageable and consistent, allowing you to maintain meaningful connections within the community.
You Would Thrive in This Position If You:
- Are a licensed professional (LCSW required) with a master’s or doctorate in social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling.
- Excel at building trust and rapport, even in challenging or unfamiliar environments.
- Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and empathy in balancing immediate crises with long-term family goals.
- Are detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Value ongoing education and professional development, with an interest in leveraging tuition reimbursement and other training opportunities.
- Seek a flexible work schedule with no on-call requirements and generous paid time off starting on Day 1.
