The eCommerce Director, Business Operations – Grow the Business is a critical leader responsible for driving growth through strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, and high-impact initiatives. This leader will play a key role in shaping our strategy by identifying growth levers, assessing performance trends, and leading efforts to uncover scalable opportunities through data-driven insights and structured reviews. They will drive key strategic initiatives to grow our eCommerce business, ensuring alignment across operations, product, and analytics teams. They will champion innovation, streamline execution, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability—ultimately creating a more frictionless, customer-centric shopping experience.

You'll make an impact by:
- Creating an exemplary site experience You'll help define the holistic site strategy and operational performance for all categories and play a key role in enhancing the customer journey on our site to win customers hearts and minds.
- Structuring complex and ambiguous strategic problems You'll continuously analyze our e Commerce business and develop best-in-class site strategies to improve the end-to-end customer journey, driving innovation and growth. You'll develop hypotheses and execute in-depth analyses, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations, to inform our overall market position and identify site priorities.
- Monitoring site health and performance through analytics and key metrics You'll lead internal business reviews and oversee the development of dashboards to monitor program health, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders to influence the overall direction for the site. You'll also identify and escalate key site issues, and conduct root cause analyses to recommend and implement fixes.
- Operating with excellence You'll land the fundamentals and create and help scale workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do and developing associates on the team to increase capabilities and enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Becoming an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders You'll advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of the sites strategic direction and execution.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related field
Preferred Qualification:
- 5+ years related experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations, Product Management, Site Merchandising, or related field
- Masters Degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cons
