Job Summary

The Client Relations Manger is an experienced professional with a background in relationship management who will contribute to company growth by cultivating & maintaining relationships with Group clients. Additionally, they will develop programs & manage events to increase awareness of & generate leads for Berwick Insurance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Promote Berwick in the community / state

• Build & maintain long-term relationships with Group clients

• Generate leads for IFP, Group & Medicare

• Plan & Manage networking & philanthropic community events

• Work closely with Leadership to meet company goals

• Model a high-level of professionalism & integrity with every interaction

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• 10+ years Project & Relationship Management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Results-Oriented

• High attention to detail

• Ability to meet and achieve company goals

• Positive & Self-motivated

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred

• Community Involvement Experience

• Presentation skills

• Understanding of Health Industry
