SUMMARY:

The Production Team Leader is to assist the Operations Manager for the overall performance of the warehouse and operations.  This position is responsible for leading and training team members and coordinating the daily activities.  In addition, this position will be responsible for providing a safe work environment, ensuring quality and customer service standards are being met, cross-functional communication of order fulfillment and filling in for absent team members on an as needed basis.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: High School diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency.

 

1. Experience:
   1. Minimum of 3-years general shipping & receiving experience.
   2. PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
   3. Proficiency in SAP, databases and computer-based systems.
   4. Forklift driving experience, including swing reach.
   5. Hazardous Shipping Certifications, preferred.
