As a Maintenance Technician I, you will be directly accountable to the Maintenance Manager of the Parma Processing Facility for performing maintenance and repairs on equipment in Quality Assurance, Conditioning, Enhancement, Treatment, Packaging, Shipping & Receiving, and Warehouse operations.

During your day shift as a Maintenance Technician I-Journeyman Electrician, you will

 

• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to coordinate complex maintenance tasks.
• Work with department managers and operators to follow up on work orders and completed work.
• Coordinate with the Planner/Scheduler and Reliability Engineer to optimize maintenance activities and improve the Reliability Centered Maintenance Program.
• Provide training and expertise on maintenance activities and support the Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Utilize the CMMS system to manage asset information and work orders while complying with safety regulations.
• Respond to equipment failures during and after hours to resolve immediate concerns.

If you...

 

• Have a Journeyman Trade License in Idaho or Oregon in the field of Electrical and 5 years of experience.
• Hold a High School Diploma or higher.
• Possess a professional trade license as a Journeyman Electrician with instrumentation skills.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience.
• Are experienced with Reliability Centered Maintenance strategies and methodologies.
• Have experience in maintaining and repairing buildings, industrial equipment, and infrastructure.
• Are familiar with general industry safety requirements.
• Have experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) knowledge preferred.
