Job Description

The Consulting Business Line at Sopra Steria is a team of over 160 consultants in Belgium with extensive expertise in Digital Transformation. Recognized as a preferred digital partner, we collaborate with leading Belgian organizations across the Public Sector, Financial Services, and Industry. Our consulting services span IT Advisory, Architecture, Organizational Transformation & Change, Operational Excellence, Sustainability & Ethics and Innovation as a Service.  

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Enterprise Architecture practice. This role focuses on helping clients design, implement, and optimize their enterprise architecture to meet current and future strategic business challenges. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in driving value for clients through roadmap development, aligning Business/IT, and transforming organizations to be future-ready. In your experience, you have been able to work on transformative assignments such as: 

• Aligning Business and IT 

• Drive initiatives to ensure seamless alignment between business objectives and IT capabilities. 
• Develop and implement frameworks that integrate business and IT strategies, fostering collaboration and innovation. 
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to bridge gaps between business and IT stakeholders. 

• Developing Business Cases and Roadmaps for Transformation

• Lead the development of comprehensive business cases to support transformation initiatives. 
• Create detailed roadmaps that align enterprise architecture with business strategy, ensuring long-term success. 
• Quantify and present ROI for enterprise architecture modernization initiatives on a company-wide scale. 

• Transforming Organisations for the Future 

• Guide organizations through digital transformation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:

• Experience: minimum 8 to 12 years of professional experience in consulting. 
• Architecture: proven experience selling, leading, and managing Architecture initiatives for clients to transform their business.
• Industry Knowledge: a solid understanding of business processes in one or more of the following sectors is an asset: Public Sector (Federal or Flemish Government), Financial Services (Banking and/or Insurance), or Industry.
• Certifications: recognized certifications such as Prince2, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe are advantageous.
• Consulting Mindset: strong ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships, familiarity with business development approaches, and a strong connection to the Consulting "motherhouse."
• Languages: fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in either French or Dutch.
